I was upset when I called your customer service department. FLEXJOBS gave me three plan options. The first one was $2.95 for 14 days, the second one was $9.95 for 3 months. I didn't consider the third option. I selected the second option but my credit card was charged $29.95 for 3 months.
Marcello Caicedo took my call. I was pretty steamed, but his professionalism and kindness, cooled me down quickly. He went the extra mile by checking in with his managers about my issue. He explained that the option I selected was an expired offer. He told me not to worry because he would fix everything for me. He immediately went to work processing my refund and gave me the option of a better offer, which I accepted. If it were not for Marcello's patience, kindness, understanding, and professionalism, I would have canceled my account because it seemed like a scam. I am so glad it wasn't.
I hope all of your customer service agents are as great as Marcello. If not, please hire more like him. Thank you Marcello!
