It is a long story but basically, if you are looking to trademark you business, do not waste your time and money here. They charge you for things that you can do very easily yourself, for free, but disguise the service as something different. They make it too hard to cancel. They hide billing dates to get you with the "sorry, you have cancel within three days" rhetoric.
Save your self the headache, lack of results, and dishonestly and get yourself a real lawyer. I could not be more disappointed in their service.
Products used:
I originally purchases the trademark monitoring subscription, the trademark registration, and the trademark search upgrade. Both the trademark monitoring and trademark upgrade were completely mis-represented on their website.
