Went to the Macon Spencer's there to purchase some body jewelry but the rings were just to small etc I was told by the guy in there name cam that it was 100% return able if anything things doesn't work out. So I was like ohh okay cool I can return my other one that didn't work out so as I go up there to return the lady name pat wasn't going to give me what I paid for because I didn't have the other jewelry. As I told her I didn't have the other jewelry I was told I can return it an get my money back. She basically told that wasn't the case she didn't know what she was doing at all so basically they didn't give me my money back at all it was over all bad customer service an there very expensive etc. They ended up putting my money on a gift card then telling me about the Policy.! I'm never going to use because I'm never going back there ever. So ended up losing $35.99 in I'm very very upset about it.
