Cannot believe it! Was told via email a tutor was fully experienced in teaching A level maths - my daughter had to correct her a number of times for the incorrect answer! Disgusting - asked for my money back from first tutors but they refused.

As a tutor First Tutors has become increasingly unfair to tutors. The only way a parent can see...

We are sorry to learn of your disappointment. When a client is not satisfied with the service a tutor provides, we ask that they leave feedback on the tutors profile to call them to account. This feedback is helpful as it makes other tutees aware of the problem and allows us to investigate the matter. When a client feels let down by the tutor, we will always offer a suitable alternative tutor at no further cost.
