I made a purchase for a bumper last Friday. Was sold the item with free shipping., paid for item and invoice reflected free shipping. We did not receive the item on time. When we called, was told we now needed to be charged shipping (after a closed sale) due to their incurred expense with distributer. The is unacceptable and poor customer service. We were also able to go online and still see offered with no shipping and were being told we had to pay addtl money to get the item after a closed sale. Very disappointing and will not be referring this company to anyone in the future.
