I have had the absolute poorest customer experience ever with a Uhaul rep. And the rep called ME! First, the background noise of people arguing behind the rep was unprofessional and annoying. I get that people are working remotely, but to speak with a customer while members of your household are arguing in the same space... unacceptable. Second, when I mentioned to the rep that she had just called me, she started to argue her point that she had not. I iterated to her that I recognize the same background chaos, and she told me "I can not help you if you are yelling." I was not the one yelling, HER people were the ones yelling. Third, the aggravated rep (yep, SHE was aggravated) asked me "do you want the box picked up or not?" Did she forget, it's U-haul's Box, not mine! And then she hung up. This is the type of behavior that simply makes no sense. There was not even a minimal level of respect or professionalism, but you've already got my money, and apparently that's all that matters. But you can bet your next profit margin, I will not be back! The rep's phone number: *******180. She never gave her name because she was too busy arguing with a paying customer. And I plan to post this review on every digital review site I can access. #customersaretiredofpisspoorservice!
