I had placed a pre-order in 2018, the day after ordering i had buyers remorse and cancelled my order. After cancelling i made sure to check that everything was in the clear and i had no items in any of the order sections on the site. I guess the cancellation didn't work on there end, apparently it was still active. A year later i get a charge on my card and have no idea what this charge was from, the pre-order went over my head since I had cancelled. I filed a dispute with my bank, the website got in contact with me about the dispute and i told them the pre-order was cancelled, they told me i was wrong and that the item was already sent. I said "ok, no biggie" once i get the item i'll pay a couple dollars to send it back, i sent the item back 30 minutes after i received it, then proceeded to call my bank to reverse the dispute. I was in contact with a manager through email previously and all contact had been ceased and my account deactivated once i put the dispute in so i couldn't see what was going on with my return. I called multiple times and there excuse is that they cant see my profile and that the manager is not in. I still have not received my money or have had contact with anyone from management other than the call center rep which seemed like she had just woken up from a nap due to low call volumes thanks for nothing "Samantha". I will give Kudos to "Dave" though, the only call center rep that seems to know what he's doing and is actually professional.
