We had requested a king room and did not get it after they said they could. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom had some undesirable looking spots and the shower head was broken. Parking is $32 a night which is ridiculous. And Trudi-Ann at the front desk is rude.
The hotel has very nice amenities and is in a great location and the beds are comfy. Overall just an ok stay.
AMOMA have since contacted me regarding the issues during my stay and the level of customer service is exceptional!
