Made my purchase 6 weeks ago and I never got my confirmation email, but they took my money. I emailed around 4 weeks in about not getting an email and I never got a reply. Once the 6 week mark hit I tried getting on their website and it was shut down! I went on their Instagram and they've been inactive and supposedly will relaunch 10/01/21. I tried to email the same email again and now it is inactive. Relaunch or not, I'm never purchasing from here again. They take too long, they're not responsive, and there was NO WARNING to customers about them closing their website down on any social media.
Tip for consumers:
If you buy after their relaunch I was suggest a small purchase and make sure they're active on their social media and their email is active.
Products used:
Never ending up using any products since they never showed up!
