“Scam”

So I finally got the nurse necklace, it was something from a dollar store? Not only that, but I checked my bank account, I was charge 35.95 on April 20 and then on April 21 I was charged 35.95(same amount) called the bank, they gave me a phone number to the 2nd charge with a different name, I called them 3 times, it goes right to voicemail
