To return an item for refund you have to call to get a number. The number is not toll free. Then, you assume the cost of shipping and insuring, and THEN they charge a 15% restocking fee. This seems designed to discourage returns.
Hi Julie, we do ask that customers pay for return shipping, any may sometimes charge a restocking fee depending on the quality of the returned item (or it's packaging). If a product was DOA, or an incorrect item was shipped, we typically waive and/or return those fees since that's on us. We also will fix a product in-house or procure a replacement free-of-cost on behalf of other brands' warranties. If you believe we unfairly implemented our return policy, please contact our customer service and we can see what we can do. You can also use email or live-chat on our website, which our agents are quick to respond to during business hours.
