I used to find Microsoft to be a useful tool. I do not like that I am forced to get updates I don't want that cause me many more hours of work. I can't even find my documents without an hour or more of searching. Microsoft changes their terminology that I don't understand. FRUSTRATING! An annual fee makes much more sense than forcing us to buy updates we do not like or want. I have 365. Would rate 0 if available!

I've been using Microsoft Word since the 1990's. I like Microsoft word less with each new version after Microsoft 7
