I ordered a cot tent from this company for my son to use on our August camping trip. I believe the first scam attempt was when I ordered the item, something popped up that said to re-order immediately and save 10%, I was a bit confused but started the process. When I was asked to enter my payment information again I stopped and called customer service, I thought the entire order was aborted. However, the helpful customer service representative assured me that my order had gone through and that everything was fine. A day or two later I received an email that there may be some delays, but that they were investigating and would get back to me right away.
No further communications, and when I call their number now I am asked to leave a message and told that nobody is available….
Very disappointing. I will no longer be ordering from anyone that does not have a physical location…
This is the second time this has happened to me and there will not be a third…
Also, apparently it is recommended to use a credit card when shopping online, as it is easier to report fraud and get your money back if you use credit…. Which is stupid in my opinion but that's the online world we live in now
