Ordered a replacement battery for my dyson vacuum after 3 weeks of non arrival emailed them, response was its been posted just wait... upto 6 weeks! Replied that this was not acceptable they said they would not do anything until this time period was up. Current battery gave up, had to buy a new battery from Dyson which arrived the next day £5 more but so worth it! Went to paypal with a dispute and they found in my favour and gave me a refund? Got a very threatening email from Battery Upgrade suggesting I may have received the battery and not returned it. Very bad customer service in fact none, be warned.
