Hello, I was lead to believe that if I freeze a flight on Hopper app for $30 dollars that I can rebook a flight anytime and the money would go towards the next flight. Well I was wrong. Hopper constantly alerts me of new deals on flights but NEVER alerted me that my freeze was about to expire. After only three days.
The customer service number is a number for another company called DISH. Apparently they do not want to be reached. Lack of transparency is a big problem.
Also beware, the flight insurance does NOT cover cancelations from the CDC.
I recommend going straight to the airline web site to book your flight. They're Regulated and positioned to better service you.
