We have bought several items from MDG and have been customers for over 10 years. I find the process of ordering and recieving very easy and stress free. Don't mind paying the extra financing as its spread out over a period of time and i have the option of paying out earlier. I have contacted their customer service several times to inquire about different things and have always recieved a prompt and indepth response to my inquires. I have had to make payment changes a couple of times and find that they are very accomidating. Products always arrive in a timely manner and have never had any real problems with them, with the exception of my desktop, the wires where caught up in the fan, but that was likely done in shipping, so i don't blame MDG for this little problem. Like i've said i find all my dealings with them fantastic. Wish other companies would take lesson's on customer service from them.
They are a 5 star or more company when it comes to customer service.

Tip for consumers:
the only problem that i have is i wish they had a break down of the bill they send bi-monthly. (eg how much is owing on each product.) instead if i want this info i have to email a rep, then wait a day or two to get the response. Would make budgeting a lot better if i had this info readly available.
