Not again. I'm out $8.29 and got no food. I keep describing my experience and nothing happens.

I haven't got any good answers. I was told to go back to Jack in The Box & talk to the manager. He's the one I'm complaining about. He was rude, mean and disrespectful to me.

Reason I chose this business:

I was forced to pay $1.00 in order to chat with someone.
