UPDATE: I've updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars and my title, since TopCashback has resolved my issue, though the cashback payment was 18 MONTHS since the date of purchase.

“Scam, Clickbait”

TopCashback has higher promo rates as clickbait, and does not honor the higher cash back. I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro through the TopCashback shopping portal during a promo in November 2018, but did not receive the higher cash back. TopCashback has acknowledged the promo rate, which I have screenshots from TopCashback support, but I still have not received the correct cash back after over 10 months. I know that other cash back portals, such as BeFrugal and Rakuten (Ebates) would honor these promo rates, but not TopCashBack. No more TopCashback!

I'm very sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with your Microsoft cashback. If a retailer fails to report a transaction back to us, we will then help our members where possible with our claims escalation process where we will manually dispute retailers over missing cashback. We advise of an average turnaround time of 3 months for a resolution to be provided on a claim, but all retailers will vary depending on how many claims they're dealing with. It does sound like Microsoft could be dealing with a lot of disputes if yours has taken this length of time. But as the retailers fund the cashback, ultimately we can only work at their speed. I may be able to provide a clearer update if you wanted to get in touch over a direct message on Facebook, Twitter or via a support ticket from your TopCashback account.
