Lili Gal refused to cancel my order when I realized they were a Chinese company. I requested to cancel because clothing made in China do not fit taller US women. When the shipment arrived I had paid $141 for what we in the US would consider petite sizing. No invoice was included with the order. At 175 cm tall they do to fit. The vendor refused to email me a mail label. They told me "sory we do ot have able." The next message stated "Hello We are deeply sorry to tell that you need to pay for the shipping fee if you want to make an exchange or return. It is not worth returning the goods due to the postage costs, right? What is more, you also need to wait a long time before we receive the package, about one month. As regards to the one you received, we suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. And we will give you some compensation if you keep them. Ok?" They also refused to give me an address to return the merchandise.
Do not do service with this company. There is no way to return items and they do not understand customer service.
