Scribd support already replied to my email after I posted a review here. Customer support assigned to my ticket responded well to my queries.
Does not respond to email! Subscribed to a free trial but immediately cancelled. Now i can't remove my card info from them! With all the bad reviews, i'm worried that my card will still get charged. Ticket # *******!
