If you want your money taken, then have your delivery times moved and your product changed by the seller, to end in a complete blackout where the seller and dhgate will not respond then this is for you. The dispute process on dhgate is also great if you like no response or resolution.

We understand the importance in getting a resolution on this issue. We have checked this order and it's great to know that you have already filed a dispute, we tried tracking the parcel but the tracking number does not generate any shipping information in the tracking site.
Now the seller is given 5 days to resolve the issue, if there is no response from the merchant on the proposal you submitted after 5 days, a refund will automatically be processed by our system on the next day. However, if the merchant responds on the proposal you've submitted and you will not reach an agreement until the 5th day since the dispute was filed, please contact us back so that we can assist you in escalating the case to our Resolution Center.
