This has been by far the worst buying experience ever! Their terrible customer service and zero attention is the most rude, disrespectful and annoying experience that I have ever had before at any other online purchase in my life. The seller wouldn't even answer emails or phone calls. I had to wait more then a week to received the Turkey fryer/steamer I bought and it's actually incomplete! There is more of 5 items on the kit missing! I've been trying to get a hold of the company but it simply impossible! Their phone number sends me straight to mail voice and it says to be full and not available to leave any more messages... I had tried to send several emails and no answer whatsoever. This is completely ridiculous, disappointing and frustrating. I can't believe their lack of ethics, they simply don't care about the customer.
