Just had an awful customer service experience with GigSalad... we had to cancel an event due to Coronavirus since we live in NY suburb. The performer couldn't have been more proactive and understanding. However the GigSalad team decided to keep my booking fee and not provide a refund. In my opinion this is terrible customer service and maybe even illegal. Dollars aren't big but on principle this is something I will fight.
