Both of my two orders prompted an email from the company asking me to call and confirm my order. When I called they try to upgrade my order to a TV that was $500 more. I declined this option, and therefore after six weeks, they never filled my water.
The Guy who answers the phone, with a New York accent was also extremely rude.
Unless youre planning on upgrading for $500 extra, dont expect your order to go through.
