I have had adds with yellow pages since my business opened 10 years ago
Allways. On authorized renewal
This past December someone decided to renew without contacting me when I called to complain. Was told I was locked in for another year. And couldn't do any. Changes or cancel
They left me with no other choice other then retaining a lawyer
Yellow pages became a huge money grab and unauthorized renewals. I want no business with them ever again
