Fedex did not deliver the order and when I filed a claim with eEuroparts they just blew it off. I told them that the cameras in my house record everything and that no such Fedex driver delivered anything that day.
Customer service did not care and told me to re-order and pay for the items again. Fedex customer service was even worse.
Tip for consumers:
This company is not going to help it's customers. Buyer Beware. If they mis-deliver your goods, you are $#*!-out-of-luck. Do Not buy anything
