We have had very good customer service and support from VS. Having been with VS for well over 5 years, we have recently moved onto their 'Shared Success' model along with adopting their e-mail platform 'Kickstarter'. We have had great service and communication from our account manager Drew Harrison and hope to continue our positive relationship with VS to help grow our e-commerce business.
