Hi Jordan! It is unfortunate to hear that you did not have a good ticket purchasing experience. Service fees are part of the standard operating procedure of a ticket exchange like ours. We know they can be a nuisance, but they are what allow us to continue to operate and offer customers the best tickets available! As for the the other name on the ticket, that is again part of the standard operating procedure. I know it can be confusing for customers, especially if they are unfamiliar with the secondary ticket marketplace. Because we are a resale marketplace, we are unable to change the name printed on the ticket, and it will always show name of the original purchaser. However, this will not effect your ability to use the ticket to enter the event! Because many of the ticket brokers (individuals or groups that hold the inventory) are based in the U.S., the ticket price listed on our website is often in turn listed in USD, despite the fact that we are a Canadian marketplace. This is stated clearly on our website at checkout when you are purchasing your tickets. We hope that you enjoyed your event despite these circumstances and understand that they are an unavoidable part of running a ticket exchange!
