First time shopper, bad experience. Ordered a 4th of July shirt June 7. Never received it, emailed back and forth with owner, Heather. I was told "I cannot refund your purchase because it was shipped, and again I can not control what USPS does." "This is beyond our control and I am so sorry about USPS losing your package." After 5 emails, she finally gave me store credit, which I wanted a refund because I paid $46 for a 4th of July shirt to wear on vacation, and ended up having to spend $40 somewhere else.It's now July 23 and still no shirt. Waited a while to write this review because she assured me it would get to me, which is hasn't updated anything since the day I first contacted her. Bad business practice in my perspective. It is always the shops responsibility if the product doesn't reach the buyer!
