I signed up for a free trial.
I never received a box and I have been charged twice.
I asked for a refund and was denied because the box had already been shipped even though I had already canceled. I contacted via email and was sent a confirmation email this time that the subscription was cancelled... Only to be billed again about a week later. I was able to get a refund on one charge but not both. I have yet to receive any boxes and am still working to get my other $13 back.
If you are signing up for the free trial just be careful.
