Communication from Shapeways was poor, resulting in additional printing and additional costs. Their team put their profits as a priority over my company's satisfaction and project success.
Tip for consumers: Thoroughly document and talk through your project with a rep, any mistakes or miscommunication will be put on your fault and cost.
