I placed an order the first week of January and as of today (4/4/24) I have still not received my items. In fact, it still shows "processing" in the order field. After inquiring a number of times, I was told a month and a half ago that one style (only 1/3 of my order) were not in stock but were "...on the way, and we will process your order first to get it out to you." Every subsequent inquiry, for over a month, has gone unanswered. Plus, when I tried to call, the number is disconnected! This was my 4th order and will certainly be the last since it is negatively impacting my business.
