I am a longtime customer of IAModules, unfortunately. Choose this company because their software enables me to sink my brick & mortar with my online site. Interface is ok but continual issues with email and downtime of site have left me so aggravated. They are slow to respond to technical issues, if at all. Chat has country club hours. Forget support on weekends-you can never reach anyone after 5pm Friday through 10AM Monday. If that is enough of a warning-i never get responses to tickets I send to tech support. Still waiting on repair requests from months ago. Go elsewhere

This customer used abusive rude language frequently to various staff many times. He also wanted the same or better priority of service as our gold plan but only paying our lite plan rate, which we discontinued and told him to upgrade which was met with rude responses. He also created many redundant tickets and chats many times each day. We have week and nighttime support, but not for the Lite plan he was on which gets the lowest priority.


I ordered the Durban Bay Pro Bicycle as a Christmas present for my girlfriend in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I received the wrong bike! Instead of the Bay Pro TARGET.COM sent me a cheaper version-the Bay model. At least $100 cheaper! I jumped through the hoops to return this and get a replacement. And guess what-TARGET.COM sent the wrong bike again! Seems like a bait and switch to me. I was just on the phone and told I will have to return and can't re-order because they made a mistake twice(not that I would re-order)? I even offered to bring this to a store to replace and I was told this wasn't an option. Really? The worst online experience ever.
