Everyone I spoke to including supervisors Miss hope and the credit departmentMiss Martha and the billing nothing has been done to give me credit for the returns for approximately 3 months now.departmentand Ms Jessica and customer service I'm very displeased with this company regardless of what's going on in the company is consumer and very unhappy with this delay
Tip for consumers: They are negligence of crediting my account for 3 months although the company has been bought and sold to community Bank that has no bearing on a consumer and it's negligence.
