“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Weldingsuply.com has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a wrong part. The reason I ordered a wrong part is because there site brought up the wrong part number. There answer?..."we sent you the part you ordered" They took ZERO responsibility for any part of the mistake and would do ZERO to help. Then, they did there own "deep search" for the right part number and said that because he could find the right part number (in a search that I didn't have access to) that it was my fault. This company truly doesn't care about you or your experience, just your $$$
