I purchased a couple products on their website weldingsupply.com. I paid for Priority Mail shipping. 3 days later, I looked up the tracking to see where it was at, and it showed this item was not shipped out by priority mail and is now expected to be delivered 5 days late. I emailed them immediately on Sunday, waited 2 days with no response. I called to asked what had happened and they said it shipped wrong. All they guy said was sorry. I said I would like the shipping I paid for and did not receive refunded. He because belligerent and only would offer an apology and no refund of the shipping. At this point I am paying for services I did not receive. I purchased these products in the state of Oregon and it is against the law to charge someone for services they did not receive. I have also wrote a letter to the state attorney general. People need to be aware of companies like these and what kind of business ethics they are using. I will also be leaving many review about this company as they are definitely one of the bad ones. I tried to reach out to there Facebook to see if i could get a resolution to this, but they were rude there as well telling me to email them again. So, I emailed them again and there response was "This was already explain by phone and facebook." LOL, nothing was explained except that they made a mistake. No offer to refund my money for the priority mail, no nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
