So far I have placed 6 orders with Feather Emporium. Been completely satisfied with every order. Shipping was anywhere from 3 to 5 days. I feel confident that any problem I could potentially have in the future would be resolved. Communication has always been timely so I have no reason to expect otherwise.

Tip for consumers:
Take the time to ask a question if you have one. Descriptions on this site could be copy pasted which can be confusing, so take your time and develop a rapport with the business.
