Gave constructive feedback on a recent order, where their website autoselected a flavour without requesting selection from a dropdown box of flavours, let you "add to basket", but selected a totally different flavour. Their response was arrogant and dismissive, regardless having provided video evidence of the process. Don't depend on customer service or a thank you for your business - buy elsewhere.
