I buy luxury brand frames (LV, Gucci, etc)
I've had 4 orders so far to reglaze my glasses and all have come back perfect and accurate of my prescription. I trust these guys with my expensive frames
They do come late, but this doesnt matter as my frames come back in the same state as I sent them
Tip for consumers:
Great service. Ive been using Optically since 2019-ish. Many people/reviews online whine about late delivery but completely ignore the low price and the quality service they provide when they eventually deliver. Their customer service is amazing. I have received replies for ALL my queries as well. I recommend these guys buy just be weary of the long wait time for your order to arrive
