After receiving the wrong item, I contacted there customer support. I was told to send a picture of the invoice and item I received. I was told by Anastasia I received the right item. After explaining it was the clippers and not the trimmers as well as providing serial numbers and the photos that obviously showed the difference in what the picture on the invoice provided by them and what I received I was ignored... the craziest thing is the item i received was $50 more then the item I was expecting but already own. This experience is what every online shopper fears... bad business they lost $50 of the product and countless customers including me that will be choosing to buy elsewhere just on this post alone. And that makes me happy:-)
