Ordered a window regulator for my 99 jeep grand cherokee. Was sent wrong part. Spent 30 minutes on phone, just waiting to talk to someone who barely spoke English. They were of no satisfaction to my ordeal Did not have another thirty minutes to wait to talk to someone else. Never use this service again ever. Horrible!
