Had a package stolen. Says right on their site to contact within 72 hours for a replacement. They basically laughed in my face and gave me the finger while holding my money. Will never trust this site again.
Update.
Well after a few weeks many emails it turns out that it wasn't stolen, they just never delivered it! They kept telling me that they needed a apartment number, well I don't live at a apartment. I had to repeat many times that I live in a house. They shipped out another one so let's see if it comes this time.
