Honestly that's it. The last trigger was just like 1 hour ago when they cancelled my withdrawal (again) for my meager winnings. I asked them why and they just replied to just withdraw again.?
Customer service exists and replies fast, but it is very clear that they don't know what they are doing most of the time.
You can easily deposit, but withdrawing your money is a challenge. I had to go back and forth with them initially for several days, and it happens all the time with withdrawals. Fiat to Fiat, Crypto to Crypto.

Do yourself a favor and just play on bigger names like Stake or something, not 7bitcasino (they also openly advertise Katsubet which is pretty much a clone, and I tried it and even now my bank deposit to them is like 2-3 weeks pending and they claim the account is not associated with them). It's definitely the same company since their support, design, and everything else are similar. So stay away.
