This site is an absolute joke! Totally screwed you over repeatedly. Refuses to honor bonuses and the telegram promotions are an absolute joke! They say you get 120 spins for,$20 then never give them. Once contact them they try and make deposit amount more. Even though I have provided screenshots of saying $30 and $20! Deposits. Which I deposited over $40 each time. Complete scam

So guys I have played at this place.This place is a absolute joke odds against you are 99.9 percent it is better to play Powerball you have better chance.I played 30 straight days with 0 win and not only that never got ahead 10 bucks.Never seen a $25 bet pay 50 cents bonus round in my life.this place needs to be shut down.See below I attached images payouts on bonus rounds are catastrophic this is on 1.25 bet and $1.Outcome on $10 to $25 bets is the same absolutely ridiculous I will attach more images.As you can see below this is not even a dollar made on two different bets and bonuses.

Worst online casino I've played. They are obviously all questionable but this one is the absolute worst. Ever without accepting any rewards, they will force you to play a roll-over. The roll-over is so high that it's 3x your original amount. If you get in the green, it gives them time to do god knows what. All these back-door limitations are just highly sketchy ways to get you to play more and blackjack or any of game seems just too predictable. Go to Vegas probably 4-5 times and year and no complaints. Don't play here and save your money.

You can deposit instantly and as much as you want, however you want. But then if you withdraw too much - suddenly they want documentation that you've previously provided - on a holiday weekend no less. If I was really the random account being reviewed that day, I should have been notified hours before I had sent so many deposits and then just wanted to take my meagre $100 out. Customer service was useless. I also found out through AGCO that the way in which I made deposits is illegal, but that never flagged my account. This site needs to be shut down - yesterda.

After waiting for a week long to receive over 2000$ 7 bit closed my account because they couldn't find a single reason to say I violated terms of service or agreement! They told me that my winning needed to be verified by a gaming provider after winning over 2000$ and then they refused to process my cash out! I want my account restored and I want my winnings paid immediately!

I am a regular depositor at 7Bit. These guys never trick me with bonuses or money-outs. It's indeed doable to wager your bonus here. And they do their best to process every payout asap. I feel safe about my money playing here.

Customer service exists and replies fast, but it is very clear that they don't know what they are doing most of the time.
You can easily deposit, but withdrawing your money is a challenge. I had to go back and forth with them initially for several days, and it happens all the time with withdrawals. Fiat to Fiat, Crypto to Crypto.

Do yourself a favor and just play on bigger names like Stake or something, not 7bitcasino (they also openly advertise Katsubet which is pretty much a clone, and I tried it and even now my bank deposit to them is like 2-3 weeks pending and they claim the account is not associated with them). It's definitely the same company since their support, design, and everything else are similar. So stay away.

Had multiple issues where 1 I could not bet more than $100 total. Try recouping your loses like that. Had more than 20x my bet. Games feel rigged.
Spoke to customer service, they have no idea. Acted shocked. Sent them screen shots of the issue. No word yet.
Another issue i had was the roulette table showed a $240 win, it showed in my account for 5 seconds, then disappeared. The game still shows as a win, the wallet shows it as a $80 loss.
Again no word from support.

I had gotten bumped out of my game and it showed I still had spins left on my 66 free spins I used when I first started playing so I clicked it and a few spins later it took everything I had won after my spins were over balance. It counted the whole time as "free spins bonus" even though they were paid for spins, making it exceed what you can win on free spins. Took away $1200 I made during the 3 hours after my free spins.

I was verified during sign-up played for 3mos making numerous deposits totaling over 7k in solely BTC transfers, made about 5 or 6 withdraws in BTC (1.5-2K) had to re-verify account each time, Throttled, laggy, glitchy games after each withdrawal for at least a week then the site started constantly reloading while I'm mid-spin and NOW wants me to verify I'm not a robot each time it happens. I received an offer via email from 7bit Casino. I haven't played on the site for quite some time so I figured it was to get me back there lol. I entered my code and it didn't work. Contacted support and was told I couldn't use it because I didn't register new account through the affiliate. It clearly says in the email that I can register and/or login to my account to use the offer. The rep is apparently incapable of reading because he couldn't comprehend that it was for new and/or existing customers. So it's just the scam of sending the fake offer to get you onto the site. Reminded why I don't play here lol

Yea they may have a lot of games and they hit occasionally. But they have a min on withdrawals. The Bitcoin amount they show you is not accurately reflected. And I am an s avid player. I think in over my more than handful of giving them a chance I was able to cash out maybe 2 times. I won and felt like I wasn't getting robbed like I do the last 5 times I've played their casino.

Let me start of saying I played this casino a good many times and this was the first time I hit a little something trust me I wouldn't cancel. 7bit casino is always watching their emails and they didn't close my account until another request after I made additional deposits on 7/2/23. They refuse to refund me my money.

Customer service makes or breaks an online casino. 4 hours on and off with chat - then off'd me to service who off'd me to vip services who off'd me to the bonus department ….then wait wait wait nothing. It seems that no one can resolve or now in my case to cancel my account.
