My son had an account with SwagBucks.com for over a year with no "violations" from participation in their offers. He always made sure to follow the guidelines so as not to be banned from any activity that looked fraudulent.
But as the number of victims grows, it looks like Swagbucks.com certainly knows how to be fraudulent.

Black Friday Weekend sweepstakes they gave lots of offers - seeing they promote themselves as "The Web's Premier Destination for Free Rewards" - and with those offers you purchase items and receive SB credits that can be turned into cards or cash or other means.
The Sweepstakes, in collaboration with a third party named REVu, offered an incentive prize if you spent enough on offers thus earned enough SB.
My son spent roughly $1000 in purchases for the many offers that weekend - some products, some services, some actual gamer games to participate in. Swagbucks.com blocked/deactivated his account right as he achieved the top 5 making him eligible for the sweepstakes prize and plenty of accrued SB credits.

They gave no explanation for the "violation" and stated he would not have access to any of the SB earned or the sweepstakes grand prize. This makes them a scam luring people in as "The Web's Premier Destination for Free Rewards" to make purchases in order to gain cash back (SB credits) then switching on the participants to deny them any of what was promoted/gained.
Contesting their action to lock his account and deny him lands on deaf ears - no arbitration - no explaination - no opportunity to discuss or defend.
