TD Ameritrade customer service is amazingly bad. When trying to do in kind transfer to another Custodian
For my IRA, TD Ameritrade liquidated my account without permission or timely notification on there part. When ask why they didn't follow my wishes there reply was silence. Summarizing my experience with them
Would "Life is short to put up with a bad brokerage firm" given the other option out there. Run away
