Get a notice of a $20 price increase, for what type of service has an increase that high? I called to complain & they where the just out right rude, they just didn't care. My S. S. didn't increase that much ( I which it did) they just flat out told me to leave there company. (yes I will go to AT&T) have no choice in this area. I just wish that people get together & boycott Spectrum. If there was a negative star to rate this company I would vote for that
