I spent thousands of $ with this company because I thought, like most of the reviewers, that is is a good company with good prices...
The problems come when you need support of want to reschedule for a valid reason your trip (e.g. Sickness). The airline would allow you to do this, the hotel as well, but if you book vie ebookers other conditions apply. F
First there is absolutly no customer support, you cannot even send them an email, you can only call them for expensive rates to speak with some clueless employee. First, they told be that I could reschedule, then they told me that I cannot, then they told me that actually I can but the location cannot change. Every time I called them I got another version of things. I asked them to send me by email the official conditions which state that I cannot change the flight location (these terms are officially agreed at the moment of the booking), they did not send anything. Basically you have to belive what they tell you.
You cannot trust these people, if something goes wrong not only you lose your money but you are on your own.
Advide: use ebookers.com only to browse locaiton/holdel, etc. Then book everythong separately, you will have more flexibility in changing your plan and if things go wrong you might have a better support. Ebookers works only you do not need to interact with them, and still you will have a big risk that you need to change something, And then all the money you saved with them because of your previous bookings you lose it in one shot. That's the cheat in their business model! Never gain!
