After following their reissue instructions I was unable to renew my 2 year certificate meaning a year has been wasted.
After contacting their 24/7 support team, they finally responded after 5 days with useless information and have refused to refund the 2nd year thats been paid for but now unused due to it expiring and being unable to wait indefinitely for them to bother fixing the issue.
Its been a week and they still decide to give conflicting information on how to proceed and suggest I cancel the now valid certificate ordered elsewhere and let them try to issue the certificate with a phone system being unusuable until they sort it out.
They claim the process has changed so the instructions they ask you to follow are wrong. Well maybe a suggestion would be to update your instructions to be accurate
