Late September, taking advantage of an offer, an order was placed for ink cartridges. By mid-December, I notified 999inks that nothing had been received. Given the time of year and other pressures the post was under, it was agreed to give it a bit more time. On 21st December, still no package, the company readily agreed to resend the order. Shortly after, the original package surfaced, followed within a couple of days by the replacement package. Throughout this whole matter, the staff at 999Inks Sales/Orders could not have been more helpful and constructive. I particularly refer to Ms Laura B. I got the impression they were genuinely keen to sort things out in a friendly, constructive manner and to ensure I remained client. Which I will. Job well done.
